Faton is passionate about applying Adaptive Leadership framework across sectors to help individuals, teams, and organizations address challenges and solve difficult problems.

Dr. Hugh O’Doherty teaches leadership at Harvard’s John F Kennedy School of Government. Hugh has taught leadership and conflict resolution at the Jepson School of Leadership Studies, the McGregor Burns Academy of Leadership, University of Maryland, where he directed the Ireland-US Public Leadership Program for “emerging” leaders from all the political parties in Ireland.

Ashveena Gajeelee is a public policy specialist with experience in government, regulatory affairs, and negotiation. She is a Global Access in Action (GAiA) Fellow at the Berkman Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University. Ash supports GAiA’s action-oriented research which focuses on global public health challenges facing the world’s most vulnerable populations. Ash was a teaching fellow at Harvard Kennedy School of Government for the course on Exercising Leadership: the politics of change.

After working in Emerging Markets at JP Morgan in New York, London, and Tokyo, Suzie Byers decided to devote herself to teaching. Her 20 years of experience as an educator include teaching Spanish to every age group from toddlers to teens. Teaching English to students in Chile led Suzie to earn her Master of Education in Human Development and Psychology at Harvard University in 2016.

Ariana is a writer and consultant on adaptive leadership development, effective communication, and gender and sexuality. She formerly worked for the Rajiv Gandhi Mahila Vikas Pariyojana in Uttar Pradesh as a Program Expert on Leadership and Communications where she led training for young women on menstrual hygiene, discriminatory social myths, and adaptive change relating to women's health. She authored a graphic novel, Spreading Your Wings, to inspire youth engagement and mindset shifts around menstrual hygiene, which is published by Zubaan Publishers.
